About the event
This is going to be a gentle walk suitable for all age groups with a reasonable level of ordinary fitness. The surface is largely smooth and flat therefore it may be suitable for those coming with young persons in prams or pushchairs. Meeting point for this event is The Boat House. As soon as you get off the motorway (depending on where you are coming from), it is signposted where the tram stop is. Drive all the way to the boat house where you will see the car park. Parking is not charged. On weekends, it is usually very busy particularly on a nice day.
