About the event
Dunham Massey's unique garden is a treat for all the senses at this time of year. Enjoy an autumnal walk through the garden and experience the sights, sounds, smells, textures and even tastes of the garden as the colours change to vibrant reds, oranges and yellows in autumn.
Notice the smell of candyfloss as you wander the canal border with the Katsura tree's decaying leaves emitting a lovely burnt sugar smell. Keep an eye our for the Japanese Maples as they change colour to vibrant reds and oranges from September onwards.
After all the recent long walks, this is a very family friendly walk on the flat which can be done with pushchairs or wheelchairs.
