About the event
Tatreez Picnic at Heaton Park
Join us for a relaxed morning of tatreez (traditional Palestinian embroidery) in the beautiful surroundings of Heaton Park. We’ll meet at the Boathouse Café by the lake at 10 am.
If the sun is shining, we’ll sit outside by the lakeside for our picnic and stitching. If the weather turns, we’ll move inside the café to stay warm and dry — so the event will go ahead rain or shine!
We’ll provide all tatreez materials, so just bring your own picnic and enjoy a morning of creativity, conversation, and community in a peaceful setting.
